DressKidsUp.com uses UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service
for shipping. Orders are usually shipped within one to three business
days after you place your order. Our shipping department does not ship
orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. *Special offers or Discounts on Free Standard shipping does not apply to HI, AK, US Virgin Islands, Guam or International orders.
* APO, AP & AE addresses are excluded from expedited shipping methods and costs.

Easy
Exchanges
All exchanges must be done within 10 days of the delivery receipt. If you want
to exchange an item(s), you must place a NEW ORDER online for the item(s) you
wish to purchase. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the
exchange items faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without
confusion. Most sales qualify for a one time size exchange or store credit. Note
below are a list of item that do not qualify for exchange for exchange or store
creditStore Credit will be issued once an inspection is completed on the
item(s) sent back for exchange. No refunds will be issued. There is a 10%
restocking fee for exchanged merchandise. Please note that shipping charges are
not refundable. This includes all refused and unaccepted packages. Please note
that coupon codes may not be applied on an exchange for size, color or style.
Merchandise must meet the following requirements for exchange:
- Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped to the customer.
- Merchandise must have the original tag(s) attached.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging, including hangers, coverings and/or any similar accessories.
- Shoes must be returned without markings or signs of wear. Shoes returned with markings on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused.
- Not eligible for a refund.
Exchange 2 items or less
Merchandise must meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped to the customer.
- Merchandise must have the original tag(s) attached.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging, including hangers, coverings and/or any similar accessories.
- Shoes must be returned without markings or signs of wear. Shoes returned with markings on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused.
- Not eligible for a refund.
Exchanging 3 items or more
- Eligible only for store credit with a 25% restocking fee.
- Not eligible for a refund.
Returns
Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. All returns
will only qualify for store credit or a one-time size exchange. No refunds will
be issued, unless an item is out of stock or is not delivered within the estimated
time frame.
We advise that you ship all exchanged items via insured mail. This is to
protect you from the possibility of loss during shipping. All exchanged item(s)
are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke/food odor
and pet hair. If inspection fails or an item is returned past our 10 day
policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense and the
transaction will be deemed final sale.
Final Sale items
The following items do not qualify for a one time size exchange and will be deemed final sale: Clearance items and accessories (gloves, hairpieces, jewelry, petticoats and socks) are non-returnable and are final sale. Gift certificates are final sale and are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash. No refunds will be issued; All Sales are final.
Restocking Fee
There is a 10% restocking fee for exchanged merchandise. Please note that
shipping charges are not refundable. This includes all refused and unaccepted
packages. You will receive a 25% restocking fee for any order in which delivery
is refused. If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise,
the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping"
is given under the condition of a promotion and is not valid with any other
offers or discounts. If returned items reduce total sale to below $150 on
Ground shipments, a shipping and handling fee will be applied. Please make sure
you select the right size.
Promotions and Discounts
All promotions and offers are only valid during the time frame the offer is given. All promotions, discounts and special offers limit one per family per household. Multiple discounts and offers do not apply. Limit one offer or discount per order.
Store Credit
Store
credit is only valid for 30 days from the time issued.
Coupons valid in lieu of gift certificates, store credit, or other coupons.
Store Credit will be issued once the item(s) is/are inspected and meets the requirements
for store credit.
